My first bike! I haven't even ridden it yet :( reason being because I have yet to take the MSF course, and my area is completely booked until Oct, so I get to stare at it for another 4 months........ and yes there's other places that can get me the course, but they cost 2x more. So instead, I am buying all the mods I can in the meantime

Love it! Just remember no drinking and riding... The booze needs to be away from the bike (Just in case :D...) I love the pot holder kickstand gaurd. :D

I don't know about here in MD but in CA if you show up *even if it isn't your week to go* they have a 'lottery' for open spaces (open spaces from those that cancled/didn't show/late) You might be able to get in sooner. But thats if they do that here...

they do have the lottery system at the mva but if i have to go 2 hrs drive just to HOPE for a chance, i dont think i will bother. when i was late, there were several hoping for the same thing. if i could go maybe 30min, i would try it every weekend, but not for the distance i have to go... sucks but it gives me time to save up for parts and learn more about mods and such

thanks! bought rear stand to get it going and swing arm sliders as well, cant wait to put everything on! sure beats paying 180 for the shogun sliders
