I don't know, but based on the "Policija" writing I assume it's Latvian, Lithuanian, or Serbo-Croatian.

Also I'm not sure about their farkle priorities; having crash bars on my duke to protect the radiator is more important to me than having handguards.

Never seen any of them. I've seen a couple with MP5's at the airport.
