Rick & I headed out after work Saturday for the northeast Georgia Mountains. We had no specific destination in mind, we just wanted to ride & camp. We left Calhoun Georgia & went through Elijay, Blue Ridge, Suches, Brasstown Bald & many small towns in between. We found a perfect camp-site by just riding off down a side road near Clayton Ga. The trip covered just over 350 miles, but that was only because we had to return to reality.

Rick & his FZ1. This guy has some years of racing experience & rides like a pro on any road you put him on, he's awesome on the twisties.

The paved road we turned on to look for a campsite turned into this, after 3 miles of this & we found the perfect spot to camp.

This was a perfect place to camp, peace & quiet with a stream running right behind the site.

This was almost a perfect motorcycle camping trip, many miles of twisting/turning roads through the northeast Georgia mountains, did the blood run, relaxed by the fire with some good conversation & started planning the next trip.
