That was from World Supersport a few years ago, not MotoGP. Hairy crash! It always looked to me like the flaggers weren't doing their job quickly enough, and only realized how slippery the oil was after 2 or 3 bikes had already gone down on it and were sliding right off the track. That yellow/red striped flag you can see one of them waving toward the end is the oil/debris flag, and when riders see that they are then aware of an issue with the track in an upcoming corner. If they still end up going off the track, at that point it does point more to them not obeying/understanding the flags.

It was quite a few years ago, but best I can remember is that there were no serious injuries. If that one guy had gotten himself punted by the flying bike, it could have been much worse.
