Has anyone pulled the pre-gen dash and taken it apart??

Can you pull the tach and mount it in a custom made plate??

Will the pre-gen tach work on an 08???

The reason I ask is I would like to pull the dash on my 08 and install a custom aluminum plate to hold a tach and a temp gauge. (thats all I need for the track) I was just curious if this is even workable??

I don't see why it would not work since the engines are almost identical.

Car = dash(board)
Motorcycle = instrument cluster.

I think the '88-94 will work, since the '88-94 CDI works! ;)
