I just got finished testing the analog temp gauge I installed on my lil 250. Works great.
I used a FAZE electric water/oil temp gauge part # 883203 Bought it on ebay for $15.
The gauge comes with almost everything you need to install it.
Only things that you will need to provide is more wire a few ring terminals and about 2 hours of your time.

The proper fitting temp sensor is included with the gauge.

2 minor things that you might not like.
1) The gauge is white with a white face, but the night illumination is almost the same color blue that the numbers are on the factory stuff.
2) The needle jumps a bit on large pavement imperfection but settles back down quickly.

Other than that its a smokin deal.

There I hauled my whole desktop to the garage for this crappy web-cam pic

Everybody(but me) has a cell that takes pics...

So where did you mount it?

I wont renew my cell contract so I cant get a free picture phone. My cell bill is only $36 for unlimited everything.

I mounted it to the left of the tach. Had to drill 2 holes in my inside plastic. but it fits in there just right.

RESURRECTION! Can you post either a writeup or possibly a wiring diagram? Did you replace the factory water temp sensor? Cheers and thank you!
