So I needed a mount for my Nokia 6110 Navigator phone after I found that leaving it in the clear map section of my tank bag still required me to constantly look down and away from the road. Ended up buying this:
Adjustable Universal Bicycle Mount for Cell Phone/GPS/PDA Gadgets

and with some modifications, it can fit our 250s pretty securely. I say pretty securely because I've only tried it for over a week. If it lasts my trip to Portland I'll say it's fully secure! Here are my pics of it mounted. This mount will work in landscape or portrait mode but a full on gps unit might be hard to fit or too heavy. So I would say it's best for a cellphone or a GPS cellphone.

Modifications necessary:
- need to glue on the back plate because the 4 mounting tabs aren't secure.
- need to trim the handlebar mounts about 1/2 inch on each side so that it fits in the empty space on our handlebars (beside the choke lever).
- use only 1 of the provided 2 plastic grip pieces
- you'll see in my picture I have a phone strap wrapped around the screw - this is extra security to make sure if the phone back plate or mount breaks the phone won't fly away freely.
