I don't participate in forums a lot, so it is possible I don't understand the meaning of bump? Isn't it like a thumbs up? Like I am happy zr1 rider got rid of the pre-gen wheels?

bump is NOT the same as thumbs up.

Bump moves the thread to the top for everyone's attention. Since the wheels are already taken... bumping makes no sense.
