This a community and program for musicians. The way it works is you go into "jam sessions" or as non-musical people would call "chat rooms." You can jam with people from around the world. In order to overcome the inherent nature of the internet known as "latency" the music that comes from each persons instrument is delayed 1 - 4 bars to the other people, so everyone plays to what the last person played. As long as everyone stays in key it comes out sounding real cool.

Even if you aren't a musician i believe on the website you can listen in to jam sessions to hear what people around the world who have never met before in their lives, let alone played with before, can do. It's very exciting, i've participated in so many and they just get better and better, definately worth checking out if your into music, weather you play or not.
