I have for sale, a brand new pair of Gaerne Panorama waterproof boots. Size 42(8 US). Never worn (but to try on), still in the box. Overall the fit of the boots is true to size, and I have to say these are firmly a medium width boot with a fair amount of room in the heel cup. I switched to a pair of A-stars for more width. Very high quality boot with ankle protection, and hard toe and heel boxes.
