Two Honda CB550 Four's for sale. The two bikes were purchased last year as a summer project. Don't have time to complete and want to sell to someone that will be able to finish the job.
One (1975) is a running, well was running before I started working on it. Carbs and forks rebuilt and oil pump replaced. Good compression but oil leak coming from somewhere, either head gasket or weep hole; not sure and I didn't want to risk ruining it. Could possibly just need valve head retorqued. Valve cover gasket was replaced. Comes with complete gasket kit, including two head gaskets. A few hours to put everything back on, at the minimum, will have a running bike. Battery cover flew off during ride. One turn signal broken, but have replacement as well. Front tire replaced with take off--previous tire succumbed to dry rot. Rear tire still good. 99% complete to my knowledge.
Bike two (1976) is a parts bike, not complete, but mostly there. Compression is good as well, but oil leak from somewhere; not sure either. Has sports handlebars, not clubman bars and 4-1 exhaust.
Comes with extra set of carbs, forks, and other electrical extras. The two combined will make one whole running bike.
I also have a NOS VDO oil pressure gauge and valve fork emulators that I will throw in if asking price is met.

$1100 OBO for both bikes. Not willing to sell separately.
Clear title in hand for 1975 and bill of sale for 1976. 1975 is currently registered until Feb. or Mar. 2010.
