Important.. SF Bay Area Riders please read.
Together with the emergency services of Marin and the Fire Department in Point Reyes, we have organized a fund raising ride to purchase some MUCH needed CPR equipment.

Those of you who ride in West Marin up HWY1 know that there is often heavy Fog or lots of dense, low cloud.. This prevents Helicopters from flying injured Motorcyclists, Surfers and others that have been injured out.. instead, they have to be taken by Ambulance to Santa Rosa Trauma center which can take over an hour.. This means the Paramedics have to perform CPR for an hour or more, leading to the possibility of human error through sheer fatigue.

Please try to come on the ride, it's for a great cause.. if you cannot come on the ride, the Fire Department in Pt. Reyes will be open all day accepting contributions and giving demonstrations of the equipment they hope to buy.

Please spread the word about this event, even if you cannot attend or contribute... Post as many links to other Forums as well please. Thanks in advance for supporting such a great cause...
