Well i didnt have any luck Finding someone local that can Weld Titanium, So the R1 muffler is out..

Ended up Finding a Right side M4 Performance Retro-Drag Slip on's Muffler of a ZX14 and Cut it down and Ceramic coated it and got it Mounted.. I like it...:D

Yes all the colors i listed are 2000-Deg rated Ceramic coating except the chrome, its rated to around 1600-deg...

BTW... The muffler/Can and Brackets only Require Powder coating Because the regular Powder will hold up Fine....

Only the Header & Mid pipe Require Ceramic coating...

Almost Done... Recoated the wheels, & Rotors in Pearl white to match, and Had my Buddie Mount a New 190 rear Tire.. Just need to give the Bike a good once over to check and make sure all the Bolts N things are tight and its ready to get a Dyno Tune.. Can't wait to ride the Beast...

Miner's is a lighter Color.. This was a One-off Color Mix.. But i did make up enough to do Another set of wheels if your interested... :thumbup:
