Yes I am a member of a modified scooter club and own a 180cc swapped Ruckus also. My Ninja is mostly used to ride on the street with my club. We do a lot of stoplight to stoplight racing and the 250r holds it's own against these modded streetfighters!:thumbup:

You can spend 7 grand if you want to. Mods are endless. Battlescooter is up in the bay area Sunnyvale. Lots of ruckus clubs up there too.

Modified 50cc 2 strokes bored out to 70cc two stroke are very fast. I race one all the time with my ninja and have to pop my clutch at 4000 rpms to stay even up to 60mph then I pull away. The whole bike weighs 150lbs and has 28hp! They use these for drag racing in Japan.
