I noticed that the belly pan on my '09 is dragging on the edge of both sides. Anyone else have this problem? I am on stock suspension with Attack bodywork.

Your suspension could be a big part of it. I don't drag but I'm running +9mm height on the shock and the forks at -14mm with stiffer springs. I've seen a lot of people drop the forks to -30mm attach clipons over the top triple clamp which eats up a lot of valuable ground clearance. Also, the stock springs are very soft and you will be bottoming out the suspension in turns.

Another part could be your body position, but it looks good in your avatar. Your upper body should be across the bikes center line to help stand it up in turns.
