Hey everybody! I am looking at buying a ninja 250 to get around town and take some trips with and am full of newbie questions. I used to have a honda vlx 600 and went through a rebel 250. Some lady didn't like me riding a VLX and thought I should park it in to the asphalt. Been a couple years since that and miss riding and thought I would give a sports bike a go. Let me know if I can ask some newbie questions hee or should carry them onto the other forums.

guess my first question is... this time around I find myself living in a condo so I will have to park my bike out in the open and I need to find out what covers are working for people.

Welcome Raley!
Hate to admit patronizing Mall-Wart, but I've been using one of their generic waterproof sportbike covers for about a year. It's faded to an asphalt grey on the sunny parts, but still holding up well and keeping the bike fairly dry.

I agree. I bought the best sportbike cover they had at wally world. It was about $40. It has held up very well. My bike is under awning and stays covered when not in use.

Aloha and welcome to the funny farm, ask any question you may have in mind, trust me on this. This forum has all kinds of questions that get asked and they pretty much get several answers, a few are even about motorcycles.

What part of SC? I grew up in Spartanburg.
