Ok im sick of the rear suspension on my 2007 250. Im 6" tall and 225 lbs. (see the problem). I would like to have a stiff rear shock. My question is, What kind of after market shocks will work for the pre gen, or will the rear shock for the 500 will fit on the 250 and have a stiffer ride. Any help would be great.

install a used shock from a new gen. :)

That's what I did and holy crap did it make a noticeable difference. Now I feel the need to stiffen the front end as well to help even things out.

Shock from an Ex500 will work also though. BUT, I do think a New Gen 250 shock would be better....

I like the Hagon product if you want to buy new
