Is there a setting to change to get more than 25 posts per page to appear?

go to "user CP", select "options" and scroll down till you see the option to change the # of posts per page.

Thanks. I did that. Changed it to 100.
But when I go "View New Posts - Since Last Visit", it still only shows 25 posts per page.

For what it's worth, that listing is threads, not posts. I've had the 100 posts/page set for a long time & works fine. Not sure if you can adjust threads/page. Alex would know though.

Yeah, that threads per page setting is universal, and can't be changed on a per user basis. 25 is a decent compromise for folks that are using tiny screens and slow connections, compared to huge screens and blazing fast connections. Also, the larger the list, the harder the hit on the db each and every time someone hits the new posts button, and trust me, people hit that button quite a bit. :) If I'm not mistaken, the out of the box setting for vbulletin is 20 threads per page, and I upped it a small amount early on here. I'm unlikely to move it any higher than 25, for the reasons listed here.
