I saw this on another bike site and thought it was a neat little gadget so I'm presenting it here. In addition to having ICE information in your cell phone, this lets you put it on your helmet, be it for bicycle, motorcycle, whatever, and makes your emergency contact information immediately available, without even having to take your helmet off. You can put it on your motorcycle helmet, and for a little extra security, put it on your kid's bicycle helmet. And it's cheap enough for that little extra security you get.

I pretty much just carry the same info in my tank bag's map window.

Thanks for posting this. I just ordered one for myself. Looks like a great idea. I also carry the information in my cell phone & in my jacket pocket but better to be safe than sorry!

to anyone consideruing this exscellent idea. a simple computer label with name, blood type, allergies , phone, will do. Cover the label with a piece of scotch tape to waterproof it.

another forum posted up a necklace with a dog tag that is a usb drive with personal info and contact info.

I think that the product Marc turned us on to is great. I have used this product for four years on my bicycle helmets---only got tested once when I REALLY crashed two years ago. I have this system affixed to my three bicycle helmets and my three MC helmets. AS an EMT and former ER PA, I really endorse this product.
