Rockstar Makita Suzuki AMA American SuperBike rider Blake Young will miss the upcoming Mid-Ohio AMA round due to a back injury suffered from a crash during the Barber official AMA test (http://www.sportrider.com/news/146_1006_rockstar_makita_suzuki_ama_superbike_rider_blake_young_out_with_back_in jury/index.html)From the AcornWoods/Yoshimura R&D USA press release:
Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s Blake Young sustained an injury on June 9th while testing at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama. After undergoing testing and a CAT scan, it was determined that the 22-year-old Wisconsin native fractured the L-1 vertebrae in his back. Young is now relegated to a soft body cast to aid in the healing process.
