Not even sure if it fits our bikes, but seems to be a good tire. Might work well for those of us that are either interested in track days or already to track days. Its kinda pricey though.

They are the best tire available in terms of grip. The top 3 afm guys run them in an SC-01 compound. They only come in a 150 rear though. I have run a track day on them and they stick. I had a couple of the hey I should of crashed already moments but the tires held well. The tires wear extremely easily. Your tires pressure and suspension better be dead on otherwise you will trash the rear very quickly.

Yup, too much money for the average trackday rider or mid-pack on back racers.

yeah i figured they would be too much money for just an average joe trackdayer, but for the cup racers and such, they might be a viable option. I myself will most likely be going to a 150 bt-16, wish they made them in a 140 though, i am also considering a 140 bt-003 but not sure if i am there yet. We will see after i run my first track day towards the end of september with these stock tires.

Something that you will find as you try more tires is different characteristics of the brands. From what I hear, that rear tire is "squishy" and will move around on you. Some people get used to it and like it, some absolutely hate it...

Im running a metzler battlax on the rear and a bridgestone on the front. I really like the Metzler rear and it lasts so long!
