What are gonna be my chances of finding these parts?
It's an 01 ex250f.

I need the right handle bar, a crankcase cover(I guess that's what it would be called), the rear fairings, and the brake light/blinkers set up.
I'd also would like to do the zx6r front blinkers.

no problem at all, your best bet would be to check eBay as those parts are readily available, although some of us here do have spare parts for our bikes.

I've checked ebay and it seems impossible. So I just read that I don't need to replace the whole cover..I could just replace the sight glass being that that's what cracked. Anywhere I could find that for an 01?

Something like the sight glass you could just get from your dealer or order from an online vendor. And here's a link (http://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/How_do_I_replace_the_sight_glass%3F) from the other Ninja 250 site's FAQ (http://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Main_Page) on how to replace it.

But they're usually quite a few parts available on eBay and you know that you don't need one specifically for an '01 as most parts are the same from '88-07. Here's what I put in the search box when looking for parts... (ex250,ex 250,ninja250,ninja 250,zzr250,zzr 250,gpx250,gpx 250) at the moment there's over 13,000 parts available, now some of them are grips, bolts, chrome, dress up parts, turn signals, etc.. not what you're looking for of course. There's a clutch cover on there at the moment for $0.99 a buy it now price, item # 320599945252.

As for the rear fairings, it depends on what color your bike is on how easy it is find and whether or not you'd be happy settling for a different color if necessary. For example, I wrecked my Ninja 250 around the end of October last year, since my bike is a white '89 and that is the only year for the white body, it wasn't readily available so I bought the used parts from an '98 and changed it into a red bike.
