OK, so at least today, D2moto.com is doing their 40% off with code WS40. Enter it in and both these parts come to around $15 plus shipping.
I just bought this 2007 ninja 250 used last week and threw on some Volar Motorsport mini mirros as well that I had laying around. I don't recommend them as they give you a horrible/unusable view...but they do look cool. I turn my head anyway. If you do decide you want some of these which are also sold on D2Moto's site, you'll need some micro sized open end/boxed end 10mm wench and some patience as the area is VERY hard to get to...trust me. If you want more details on the mirrors...pm me. They are not convex but a flat mirror and they're 3-4 times smaller than the OEM mirror. But I changed them out for vanity's sake and to give me better clearance when lane splitting.

Now, here's some pics. Went from standard OEM signals to these. You have to cut out a fingernail size hole behind the OEM fron signal cutout...you'll see in the pics below.

with the OEM signal out:

you can see the backing piece is too large in diameter to fit behind the signal at the moment:

Grind it down on some concrete =)

And you end up with this!
http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii268/civicracer32/0325011155.jpg
You'll want to take a soldering gun or silicone or some sort of something to keep the signal from unthreading due to vibration and coming off while riding. I used a soldering gun to melt a little bit of plastic together here:

This is what needs to be cut on the fairing...about a thumbnail sized piece to make way for the threaded part of the LED turn signal:

And here's what the other side looked like after it was cut. I used a hacksaw blade on it's own, not in the hacksaw, and then a razor blade to skor the last bit then pop it out...careful not to cut yourself ;)

And after:

And the whole bike with the new mirrors, frt/rear signals and fender chop. removed reflectors...

At first I thought my signals were going to flash at double speed. But once I soldered them in, they're flashing at normal speed unlike some other bikes I've had that I've run LED's on. Not bad for a bike I got for $1,260 with 6k miles eh? I will admit it looks better in the pics. It does have some rash that is thankfully not all that visible due to the black color scheme.
