I just bought them, hoping they will be able to go in the ninja for turn signals. I was going to see if anyone had done it before. I've read the thread about making your own on the wiki.

I have them on my bike. Perfect fit.

So does it include: Brake light lenses, turn signal lenses, turn signal blubs and turn signal sockets?

i just bought that kit a couple weeks ago and they are a good fit, they look great and yes they come with lenses, bulbs, and bulb sockets. they work great for turn signals. i love them
