You noticed that too? ;) Upon repeat viewing on my phone, it looks like a flesh-colored belt threaded through a single centered belt loop on the back, but I can't be sure.

It looked like an accidental wheelie to me rather than a "show off" move. Embarrassing as hell either way!

Clothing manufacturers should take note: Don't ever place a single, centered, belt loop on the rear of your designs.

He looked ok (judging by the fact how quickly he jumped up) so I had a good chuckle.

If you do "an accidental wheelie" on a bike, then it's too much bike for you to handle and you need to lower the horsepower.

He wasn't showing off... He just failed at taking off. No throttle control, bike was leaned, and it looks like he tried kicking off with his right foot lol.
