Anyone know where I can get rejecting done (and other work) on the westside/downtown area of Jacksonville, FL? Nothing but Harley shops unless I have to cross town, but there are tons of sport bikes over here.

Perhaps a local kawasaki dealership?

You close to any of them? Try calling them, a number of them are for sport bikes so it shouldn't be too hard. You live in a big city, it's really not that hard to find a motorcycle mechanic that will do jetting on a bike.

Will post in that thread. I'm on the far west of jacksonville....those two on my side of town are no goes....once out of business, the other is a custom chopper dealer or something. Worst case scenario, I'll wait til after my MSF course and head over the bridges 20 miles to the Kawasaki dealer.
