 I got them, and installing was a POA!!!!!

I have a 2009 Ninja 250r

The right side is impossible to install unless you take off the muffler first.
After bolting in the side racks, I notice the bolt for the rack would press into my stock muffler.

The Turn signals have to be relocated to the rear fender, the instructions doesn't tell you, that you need solder or splice in longer wire!!!

If you did a fender chop, your screwed, cause you need them for the re-location of the turn signal lights!

Another thing I do not like is, there side bags will shift backwards and forwards about 5mm . To fix this I going to spray some rubber grip paint on the mount points to see if stops the sliding.

This is the 3rd Givi product I have even owned, and I was expecting issues.
It would have been better if I went to a sw-motech product, but then again they cost $$$$$$$$$

I would rate this product 6/10.

The instructions suck!!!
It cost $$$$$$ for such headaches!!!!

Update.

Sprayed on some Rubber paint on the mount points, to make it grip better. No more play :bounce:

How long ago did you get them redsnapper? I ordered a set in March of 2013, and after seven months of them being on backorder I got fed up and got my money back.

I ordered in 1 week of Mrach 2014, and it took less 3 weeks to get them. However there was a lot of confusion.

I was told, it was out of stock, but after some research I found, Givi, keeps changing the fabric material of the bag, and they keep changing the name and part#.

I had to go the Canadian , American, and Italy site and get the different part# and and names.

Then I went to my local dealer in Toronto, and gave him the numbers so he could figure out which one to get from Givi Canada.

The silly Canadian Givi site has the wrong info, The American site sucks a bit less.

It's almost like Givi doesn't want to make money in North America!!!

Obviously no problem in Canada! I understand they're available all over the world, but for some reason they're not being shipped the U.S. You'll see my thread on here called "Givi Sucks".
