Alex do you have the plugin installed for this software?

http://www.berryblab.com/Default.aspx

I use a blackberry and it defaults to mobile version but even if I click "change to default style" it doesnt change. If this plugin doesnt mess with anything else, you think we could give it a try? Thanks.

I also see that tapatalk has a version for blackberries too... is the plugin for tapatalk installed? This seems to have more current updates so maybe it'll be better to try this instead.

Hi Brian -

I'll look into BerryBlab, first I've heard of it. Tapatalk isn't going to happen for a variety of reasons, more info in this thread (http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=58102). I've picked up a Mac to create a ninjette.org app at some point, but will likely run on Android and iOS, not a berry.

I believe there is an app that will trick websites into believing that your phone is a computer and not a phone. Can't remember what it is called but google oughta know

Oh wow... wasnt aware of those security holes. Scratch BerryBlab as well then. It's probably very similar.

How about a better mobile theme instead? That blue on white isnt very Ninjette-like.

Here are some other mobile styles I came across that seem interesting... I dont have access to them so if they all end up not working or sucking... my apologies. :)

In the meantime, is there anyway you can turn off style detection or allow me to choose what style it shows?

Almost any browser you download can do this. All it does is identify itself as Firefox / chrome or whatever you choose.

What kind of cellphone lets you download full browsers?

I feel like using a full browser would take up way to many resources on a phone...

What do you mean a full browser? There are probably 100 different browsers in the app store for the iPhone. Most of them have the option of identifying themselves as a pc browser if you want so that websites display a full version instead of mobile...

The ones I have tried, especially the "Flash" web browser, are complete crap compared to the stock safari browser.

So I really don't consider them as another option

I have an iPhone 4 and an HTC Vivid 4g LTE android phone. So here's the breakdown

Jailbroken iPhone > Any Android Phone > Any iPhone

I also had a jailbroken iphone it was a 3S but still. My rooted Droid X is amazing. I waited to long to root it. Its a different phone, blazing fast I can do anything on it, I just backed it up on the SD card so ill be flashing ROMs soon as well. prolly CM7

Nah man, what can your rooted droid do that my iphone cant?

And on a note of phone superiority, the iphone 3Gs is still being sold and supported by both app store developers and jailbreak developers. Will your Droid X have this type of support in the future?

well since your phone is newer the specs are better, but I can still over clock it.
