Make, Type- Keihin, CVK30

Main Jet- #98

Optional mains- #92,95,100,102

Main Air Jet- #100

Jet Needle- left-N9VU right-N9VW

Needle Jet- #6

Pilot Jet- #38

Pilot Air Jet- #100

Starter Jet- #48

Pilot Screws (turns out)- left- (2 1/2) right- (1 3/4)

Throttle Valve- 11degrees 00seconds

Idle Speed- 1300 +/- 50 rpm

Carb Sync Vacuum- less than 2.7 kPa (2 cmHg) difference between two carburetors.

Service Fuel (http://www.kawiforums.com/showthread.php?t=105651&page=3#) Level- 0.5 +/-1mm (0.02 +/-0.04 in.) above the mating surface of the carburetor float bowl.

Float Height- 17 +/-2mm (0.67 +/-0.08 in.)

This link possibly will answer all of your questions dealing with the Keihin CVK30 carburetor. Even though the link talks about the CVK40, everything applies to the CVK30. The CVK30 is a 30 mm while the CVK40 is a 40 mm. The "K" just means Kawasaki!! The choke on the Ninja 250R simply opens (enlarges) the starter jet in the carburetor! Check out the diagrams in the attached link.
