Float Height- 17 +/-2mm (0.67 +/-0.08 in.)

This link possibly will answer all of your questions dealing with the Keihin CVK30 carburetor. Even though the link talks about the CVK40, everything applies to the CVK30. The CVK30 is a 30 mm while the CVK40 is a 40 mm. The "K" just means Kawasaki!! The choke on the Ninja 250R simply opens (enlarges) the starter jet in the carburetor!
