my modified '09 250R stage II

Kawasaki Ninja 250R 2009 European EFI model

Management
-reflashed ecu with rev extension to 14350 rpm (15.1k on tacho) and ignition curve set to +2 set on the dyno
-dynojet pc V with O2 sensor and autotune link for fuel management
-switch for manual cooling fan engagement
-ballistic evo2 12pack light lithium battery

Final drive
-14/41 sprockets and afam xs ring chain with 104 links
-dynojet quickshifter

Handling
-adjustable race rear sets, my design
-honda vt spada 250 handlebars
-the2wheels adjustable short brake and clutch levers
-harris closed type silicone grips
-neoprene tank-pad, my design and make
-40mm (1.6") lowering of the front (I know that sounds much but works great along with front suspension mods and settings)
-frame rigidity improvement by fitting modified second rear tank mount on top of stock

Brakes
-front and rear ebc race pads
-front and rear fren tubo high tension hoses
-yamaha R6 '06 brembo 16mm radial front brake pump
-yamaha R1 '03 sumitomo 4-pot front brake caliper with aluminum 7075 spacer, my design and make

-front hyperpro springs 8,5n with 15w fork oil, other valves and 15mm teflon spacers
-rear suzuki gsxr 600/750 k6/7 fully adjustable shock absorber

Aerodynamics
-turn indicators, steering countershafts, mirrors and rear mudguard removal
-zero gravity light smoke touring windshield (special order)

Farkles
-yamaha fazer 600 s1 rear hugger, homemade matching
-gear indicator
-yamaha fazer 600 s1 light and turn signal switch (alarm used for turning lights on/off, passing signal)
-3m green rim stripes

Tyres
Bridgestone bt-003rs 110/70 front and 140/70 rear

Engine
-New (1453km) 300 2013 engine along with TBs(using gsxr750 k6 injectors), fuel pump, slipper clutch, starter and front engine mount
but using modified 250 side engine covers for the fairing to fit
-67mm overbore aluminum block, closed deck, alumil plated, cast piston, graphite coated kit with 12,55:1 base CR (originally made for 250 but heavily modified to fit the 300 engine) for a total displacement of 345cc
-reprofiled camshafts, my design (also used on previous engine)
intake 274*, lift 8.45mm
exhaust 271*, lift 8.2mm
-250 EFI ecu, wiring, rotor, stator, alternator etc
-fully handmade exhaust system using parts of a 250 Yoshimura R77 and a zx-11 laser racing exhaust
-filter pod intake
