ok it seems like im missing my airbox cover for my 86 ex250r which is probably why it wont idle right! someone help if anyone has an extra one sitting in a box or can steer me to a place to get...

thanks alot, i just ran it for about 10 mins and...

thanks alot, i just ran it for about 10 mins and the best i could get it to idle in is 2500rpms... but the good news is that the smoke is gone...

nope the cable is in good condition just checked...

yea fully took apart the carbs and used 2 cans of...

yea fully took apart the carbs and used 2 cans of carb cleaner. and other than the idle the bike runs fine...there is smoke coming off the exhaust (off of the outside not from inside them) i suspect...

i have the same problem with my '86 ex250...it...

i have the same problem with my '86 ex250...it idles around 3000rpm and i cant figure out how to fix it. :(

maybe someone can help me out..i have an 86 ex250r and right now it is idling around 3000-3500rpm and the manual says it should idle around 1300rpm:confused:...anyone know how i can fix this! any...

i know there needs to be more 250s in the...

i know there needs to be more 250s in the northeast..they have the one or two that show up running in lightweight with suzuki 650s and there is just no competition there :(

hey everybody! ive been going to summit point raceway in WV since i was still in diapers :D my dad used to race a fzr400 in the lightweight class...and well since hes hung up his leathers its my turn...
