Thanks moto, these are things I never would have taken into consideration, gonna get the oil changed tomorrow, what should I ask the mechanic to check other than the oil, I really wanna sort this out

I've put about 3k miles on bike since I've had it, it's my first bike so not much experience, but now thinking about it, spocket/chain are prob. The factors not my Trans.

I have a 09 ninja 250, with about 10000 miles, I've noticed a clunky sound while letting of the clutch an switching gears, only at lower rpms(2-5000rpm) then it seems fine or mabye the engine noise...
