It's an infiniti pearl white, and the guy was charging $600 but I removed the fairings and the tank myself,...

No there is no gasket there.

Everything is clamped on as tight as can be, and yes it still leaks (slightly, but I can feel it on my hand when throttled) when heated up.

Is this a major issue?

Just got it painted, and installed a yoshi. Bought the bike used 3 weeks ago w/ 3800 miles.

New Yoshi slip on - leak? Help!

Hey fellas,

Just installed my yoshi slip on, and the tail touches the stock header or w/e it's called and it is clamped all the way.

There is still a minimal amount of air coming from the space...

I looked into the other exhausts. I like the look of the Yoshimura slip on the best.

If there isn't any way around it, then I guess I'm just going to pay the ~$400-500...
