ankle and foot injuries were the topic at the end of my most recent pig vid, I love my 250 too so If the bike idles ok, does not sputter use your exaust till it falls off don't worry about the dent.

Almost every time I ride I use ear plugs
only when I forget or I have an ear infection do I go with out. I'd rather not ride than ride without ear plugs. I ride 95% on the hi-way and own a 2010 ninja that I have had for 1year and one month....
