I stretch for like 20 minutes a day in the morning (been doing that for the past 18 years). I am thinking thats a major reason why I don't feel pain while riding.

Hello,

I just passed 5000 miles, BUT I was out of the US and not riding from June 21st 2009 - July 25th 2009.

I think that comes out to 1000 miles/week?
