Thanks guys.

Haven't decided on the next adventure yet. Starting with abseiling was maybe a bad idea, should have worked up to that. Now I feel like if I do something mundane it won't be as good.

I understand what you're saying in theory in regards to having the rear brake traction. In practice though I have not had any problems. This is both in daily commuting and also at the track.

I did also send an email to DanMoto about the few issues I had (springs, holder being rubbish etc.) but never received a reply. Hopefully they read it and fixed the issues...

The baffle made a very small difference. It's still quite loud though.

I was able to stop the twisting of the left side by tightening the chain adjustment nut. Not sure why yours doesn't apply enough clamping pressure...

Yes I bought one from their website and it arrived in timely fashion.

I did email them about a few issues once and they never got back to me. Customer service seems hit and miss.
