What amount of mpg in the city should I be getting out of my bike. I've only been riding less than a month and in only seem to be getting in my he low 30's. I'm using chevron with techron for fuel....

I have a 2012 250r, I would like to lower the front and back 1". How much different would the handling and steering be.
