I actually skipped the whole rack idea for my trip and went with a larger tailbag that wraps over the top of the pillion seat. I'll post my review in my travel thread. :thumbup:

OK... So some of my go-to fix it tools are:

JB-Weld
WD-40
Duct tape
Bailing wire
Bondo
and Freeze spray

What types of problem solving stuff do you keep in your garage?
