I enjoy running, I cant run to far though. Furthest I can run is about 1.5 miles at a slow as a sloths pace. :] If ya live in FL I'd say lets train! Haha.

Lovely DIY, wondering if it applies to an 09 250r. Looking to do my front sprocket to a 15, not gonna touch the rear cause i dont have any stands for it.

That sounds scarily risky. Is it okay to do it with just a kick stand? Just make sure it doesnt get stuck in any crevices? PM the answer to my question to me please!

How many teeth come stock on a front sprocket for the 09 250r?

I was told to buy a +1 sprocket for the front of my bike, I went to cycle gear and they told me that stock was 16 teeth and a 17...

Slip-on or full exhaust system, hp gain worth the price?

Is the hp gain from a yoshimura titanium full exhaust system worth the price? Or should I just get the slip on? Id like performance enhancement but.. depends on how much enhancement and for how much....
