You say you cleaned the carbs, did you remove the idle mixture screws, clean them? Clean the ports leading to the throttle body?

Little update

The bike has been running good and I've been chipping away at the maintenance that needs to get done.

I've noticed that I get a vibration, that only shows up when it gets up to normal operating...

I synced the carbs after the valve adjust. Unfortunately, that was before I found the loose clamp on the intake tube. So after I changed the oil I resynced them again. Bike is as smooth as butter...

Good advice. I figure because it starts and runs okay, the previous owners at least attempted to store it properly. I'm still on my first tank of gas with it and am running about 4oz of Seafoam...
