Heh, I took it to a machine shop to get the security bolts out. Didn't have time to mess with it, especially without a vice.

Everything taken apart, upper fairing removed......

Everything taken apart, upper fairing removed... took the part to a machine shop to properly remove the security bolts.

How did drilling the bolts go for you? I still have yet to take stuff apart. Been lazy :o

Tried, it almost looks like I could get the key in there.. but not quite....

How do I unlock my steering without key?

Basically I am waiting 10 or so days on my new ignition to come in. (I bought the bike with a destroyed ignition) is there anyway in the meantime I can bypass the steering lock so I am able to try...
