Thanks for the help. Ill try the carb cleaner, but when you say spray near the vacuum tubing is that the vacuum tubes coming out of the carb?

Well the battery is pretty new, but the issue was still there even after it was replaced. Also the collars are in place. Also even with the car running and the cables in place the issue still exists....
