Rear brake dragging.. warped caliper?

Hey, the bike sat for a while, and after a ride -- the rear brake was dragging.

The rear brake got so hot that it literally stuck and I couldn't move the bike. I pulled over, cracked the bleeder...

24hrs later... it's a CR500 engine and someone got creative with the fuel tank and supermoto wheels/tires... the third pic looks like someone got realllly creative and put some sort of snowmobiling...

Weird that the seal leaked, and stopped leaking.

Suppose I could pull out all the internals from the top. Leave forks on the bike. Check oil levels.

Fork seals fouling brake pads?

One of the fork seals leaked. It saturated the brake caliper and both brake pads after the bike was parked for a few days.

Front brake is very weak. Took the pads off and cleaned them with a wire...

The bike definitely isn't a supermoto. Nailing speed bumps at speed is a bad idea and I was asking for trouble.

Does anyone know what the oem 09' fork seal sizes...

At this point the cheapest and smartest long term solution is...... figure out how to remove hot/moist air and replace it...

And the dehumidifier does shut off when the water cup has filled.
