I read that as "the entrance fee for vehicles that take up the least amount of space and hassle are now being charged more"

Thanks, the factory color is blue and I was sick of dealing with crappy flaky paint that made a nice bike (mechanically) looks like crap. blue was the easiest to choose to keep it as simple process...
