I even took the filter out the inside of the hose...

I even took the filter out the inside of the hose and hooked a squirt bottle of gas to it and still nothing Iv had them apart prolly 6 times now and cleaned float needles and seats really good needle...

Yes if I unhook line from petcock and crank it gas comes out Iv cleaned carbs prolly 5 times last time I put gas in carbs put bowls on and it started tilll it ran out loosed drain screws and nothing...
