Is there a certain order on changing your oil and air filter on your bike?

Just wondering if I should change my oil first then change my air filter or change them both at the same time?

Fairfield, CA to Portland, OR. Is this trip do-able?

I thinking about taking a trip to Portland, OR from Fairfield, CA on around May 10th. I wondering if the weather would be to harsh to make this trip. I will be riding my 08 ninja 250 for this trip....

lowering question

I have the roaring toyz lowering links installed right now, but i want to lower it one more notch. If i do this, would i have to adjust the chain slack at all?

fuel gauge light doesn't work.

so i take my 08 ninja 250 to get the carbs cleaned. But when i get it back, the fuel gauge didn't work at all so i took it back and they fixed the fuel gauge. (they told me that they didn't plug in...

update

update: i called them up and they said my bike was ready to pick up, but the fuel gauge is no longer working, i guess i have to go back and get it fixed.
