Gear shifter fell off on highway
Was driving home the other day, went to downshift to make a pass. Then went to upshift and couldn't feel the shifter. Guess I didn't get it to 5th. Looked down and the shifter lever was flopping...

I almost took a blown tire chunk to the chest....
I almost took a blown tire chunk to the chest. Luckily it just hit the front tire. Caused the bike to wobble a little. And caused me to almost lay it down. Regained my composure and kept it going.
