change the oil and filter, look for signs of...
change the oil and filter, look for signs of water, seems you have all the water out of the gas tank and fuel system. take the can off of the bike, if it's a 2 piece, if not remove from the engine...

Petcock doesn't fully shut off gas as...
Petcock doesn't fully shut off gas as designed..the carbs fill up and slowly the gas trickles into the cylinders and seeps past the rings and into the crankcase
