The fender is actually a metal one of an old Suzuki I had laying around, chopped down and mounted to stock ninja fender brace- redrilled for new fender.
The gauge cluster are gs550 gauges...

Built the areas up with fiberglass to get the overall shape/ body lines I wanted then skim coat of body filler to finish it out.

I thought about that, its pretty bad, I'd like to try and seal it but spending $50 for sealer plus cleaning it out for it not to work sounds scary.
None of the holes are large- 1-2mm in diameter....

I picked up my first ninja 250 the other day ('94 and a hard 7k miles). Wasn't running, supposedly ran over the summer.
Cleaned the carbs, changed oil, plugs. Good spark at the plugs.
