For others with the same issue....
Took the cluster apart and the tach out. sprayed with some lithium grease (little it goes a long way). Put it back together and the tach moves every time.

Identify seat
Have looked high & low and have yet to find any seat like this. My first thought was a corbin given the material looks like Ostritch. it is definitely vinyl and is on a stock seat pan. Wasn't sure...

Throttle not dropping
Bike idles great on startup. When I give it a blip of throttle it stays at 4k. If I bang it into gear, let the clutch out slow it will move forward and then idle normal when putting back into...

Delayed Tach
Tried to search but couldn't find anything.
When I start the bike up the tach stays at 0 for a few seconds, sometimes 20-30 seconds before it starts to move. Seems to do this more when it's cold...
